For beginner’s, you will have a selection of fitness classes that will challenge you and improve your conditioning. In time, you will find that you will be able to do more and even higher intensity classes. You will never be pushed, humiliated or be told you need to do every class. For those at an intermediate fitness level, you will find a full array of fitness classes, including some specially tailored, higher intensity fitness classes.

Participants are provided with free exercise modification and prescription, based on any superimposed medical and/or orthopedic conditions. Our goal is to make exercise safe, effective and fun…again.

Our schedule listed to the right (PDF) is merely a representation of the various options that can occur in the course of our schedules and does not reflect the daily or weekly schedule. It is intended to provide a broad overview of the workshop content, fitness options and how the flow of the day between active and workshop time is allocated.

Saturday mornings offer three hours of fitness activities. Saturday afternoon and Sunday afford you free time to relax and renew. Or you may choose to go sightseeing, antiquing, or perhaps outlet shopping in famous Manchester, VT.

  • Behavior: Overcoming Binge Eating, Body Image and Self Esteem, and Dealing With Stress in Relationships
  • Fitness: Circuit Weight Training, Body Balance on the FitBall, Buns, Thighs & Abs
