Weight Loss Pictures — 344 Pounds
The first picture is one of the very first before shots I ever posted. It was at a cousin’s wedding in December of 2008, right before I started my journey.
I remember the day this picture was taken.
It took me hours to find a decent dress shirt and pants — I couldn’t make a trip to my beloved Big & Tall store due to a lack of time, I had to rely on the mall. I finally found a 4XL shirt at Dillard’s and a pair of khakis (48 or 50 w) to accompany it.
Extreme Weight Loss
Extreme Weight Loss
Every week I hear from another person achieving extreme weight loss with Turbulence Training. How can some guys lose 100 pounds in less than 10 months with Turbulence Training? What about the guys in the Belly-Off program using the Turbulence Training Bodyweight 500 workout to lose 40 pounds in 8 weeks? How are they able to achieve such extreme weight loss?
Well, the first, and unfortunate key to extreme weight loss requires that you have an extreme amount of weight to lose. Most folks aren’t 100 pounds overweight, or even 40 pounds overweight, and therefore you’ll have a much harder time with extreme weight loss if you don’t have much fat to burn from your body.

Successful Weight Loss: The Amazing Shrinking Leotard
Yes, that’s me, modeling my size 22 bathing suit. I lived in the Lucerne Valley, part of the vast Mojave Desert. When it’s over 100 every day, you’ll wear a bathing suit, no matter what your size. Despite the seriously bad hair and super sized body, I was happy.
My main wardrobe, besides the swim suit, were tights, leotards and t-shirts. They are comfortable plus expand and shrink along with you. I’m still most often found in stretchy clothes.

50 Cent Weight Loss Pictures Dramatically Shocking
Pictures Stir Up Concern for the Rapper, but They Were Just Pictures of His Weight Loss for a Movie Role When the pictures of rapper 50 Cent were first posted on his website, 50Cent.com, many believed the emaciated man in the pictures to be someone other than the usually muscle-toned rap artist. But the 34-year-old rapper confirmed that the pictures were indeed of him, that the image in the stills that looked more like the skinny comedian Dave Chapelle than 50 Cent were indeed images taken of him after he had lost considerable weight for a movie role. In fact, he had lost 54 pounds, dropping from 214 pounds to 160, in nine weeks. But he was quick to assure fans that he was not sick…
In the movie, “Things Fall Apart,” 50 Cent plays a football player who has been diagnosed with cancer. For the part, the rapper, who oddly enough developed a vitamin water drink called Formula 50 with Glaceau (which Coca-Cola now owns from a transaction that reportedly netted 50 Cent $100 million), lost the weight by going on a liquid diet and three-hour-a-day treadmill walks. He said he had underwent the regimen in order to give the film’s character an air of authenticity.
