hey adrian, i wrote you before. but now i have planned out my whole schedule that i aim going to do. i want 2 show you it to see if it look like it will work. by the way..im about 117 pounds..and 5’2 so i was going to do the 4 minute butt workout video, and 4 sets of 8 lunges, to make me get a bigger butt. and so my butt will get bigger, im gonna ride my exercise bike 2 times a week for 1 hour, instead of 7 days a week, for 30 minutes. and the most calories im going to eat is 1700. so does this sound like a good plan for me to get a big butt, and not gain weight back on my stomach? thanks for the help

yes but make sure you use weights for lunges and i would do the bike for 4 times a week for only 30min each

ok, so since the bike might interfere with the butt exercises,should i just not do them now…and wait until i get a flat stomach, and then stop doing the bike a little bit and do them?

the real answer is that i dont know and that is something you will have to experiement with since I don’t know how well YOUR body recovers so…

i recommend you start off with the bike 1-to-2 times a week and if you can still get the results you want (butt wise) then increase the times a week you do the bike but on the other hand…

if your results are not good then you need to examine your butt workout (get help from me) and/or cut back on the bike

I am 28 years old- 5’4 and weigh 245…I have had 2 kids via cesarean. I am fat all over, however, I have a big belly(waist is 50″- almost as round as I am tall!). I am very self conscious about it! The worst part is…it hangs- and it’s embarrassing! PLEASE HELP! Is it possible to have a flat belly when your belly hangs? If I lose weight will I have saggy skin? I have a sexy healthy lady with a flat belly dying to get out!!!!!

hey adrian. ive been following a good diet lately. i exercise on a bike about 30 minutes a day.5’2 and about 119 pounds. i dont go over 2300 calories. well, a couple times lately i overate,but i did extra exercise to try and make up for it. but ive only done that maybe 3 times. but it seems like as much as i try i cant get my stomach all the way flat. what do you think i could do?also, im doing the butt exercise too, so will doing the bike make it harder to get my butt bigger, because even when i was a little bigger, i still really didnt have a butt, sorry this is so long. and thanks

#1 – you are eating too much for your weight and height to lose weight – try lowering it to a range of 1500-to-2000 and if that does not work – try 1250-to-1750

#2 – this will make your stomach all the way flat

#3 – doing the bike may interfere with your butt muscles recvoering and getting bigger and stronger so you want to limit bike riding
