Fastest way to lose weight after a back injury?
Hi, I suffered a semi-severe back injury back in January of 2009. My husband had to help me out of bed for months because I’d get “stuck” in position. Since then, I have put on 40lbs, on top of the already 30 extra pounds that I was carrying prior to the back injury (gotta love marriage!!!) lol.
My husband was carrying an extra 20 lbs around, but has lost it since he got a job that keeps him physically active all day…I unfortunately work in an accounting office where my *** is glued to my chair most of the day.
I am almost fully recovered, and I am ready to lose weight and get back to my old self.
Now….I DON”T want anyone to sit here and just tell me to exercise more….that’s lame OK? I’m willing to do a lot of exercises within my limitations (suffering some hip prolems still from the injury), but don’t just say “exercise”.
I am 4’11”, and weight 185. That’s a lot of extra weight for someone as short as me….luckily for me I am compact and only blew up to a size 12…some people at this weight are in much larger clothes than that, but I wanna get back down into a 4. I need to get down to 116ish to even be at the high end of my healthy weight range. I have large boobs (even when I was that weight – Large C cup), and a nice ***, so I will never be 92lbs, nor do I want to be. I want my flat stomach back!!!!
So someone please detail a diet plan that will yield semi-rapid results. YES, I know the standard 1 lb per week is rapid, but I want to lose much more than that. My metabolism is shot from the lack in physical activity I think….
I am willing to work hard, be deprived…whatever. I have a will of steel for the most part, and my husband is very supportive of my efforts.
I’ve tried ALLI, and the only benefit I got from that was farting oil and staining a piece of office furniture at work…(my chair). YAY!
